I often hear men say they would love to learn how to defend themselves but lack the proper time and money. This guide is filled with simple, proven, and effective techniques to help you better survive a fight. It wont turn you into the next UFC champ but it will give you an edge against drunk tough guys and other idiots.
But remember, street fighting is dumb and best best to the insecure boneheads that feel like they need to prove themselves. That said, every Wolf needs to know when to show their teeth to defend themselves.
I dont claim to be an expert. That said, I have over two years experiance with kick boxing and brazilian jiu jitsu. In addition, I have a close buddy who is a former special operations soldier and he has shown me many things. I also have real world experiance with street fighting. In my younger days I had a two year period where I was a total hot head and I ended up getting into a few fights because of it.
