I see a lot of guys who simply aren't very happy with where they are in life. They often feel like they are missing something and usually they know what that something is but they also lack the understanding of how to fix it.
This article is designed to be the kick in the ass that many men need. Its a basic outline of how to achieve success in any area you desire. Its not fully comprehensive in that it wont teach you everything you need to know as one could write a book on that. This is a primer, follow it and good things will come. Ignore it and you will continue to suffer form the disease I call being average.

The very first thing I say to new salesmen when they join my team is this: Losers make excuses, winners find solutions!
Think about that for a minute. Really think about what that means and how that one mindset can drastically improve your life.
Many guys, especially the negative guys on the internet, have a problem with this. They come to a roadblock and the excuses start flowing like Niagara Falls. Instead of hitting a road block and saying to yourself "I cant" instead ask yourself, "How can I overcome this?"
The word "cant" shuts your brain off. You have already decided that its impossible! By asking yourself "how can I" then you are now open to opportunities and new ideas. Fuck excuses. You are better than that. You were the sperm that beat out the millions of other sperm and as your reward you got to be born into this life of opportunity and wonder. Stop wasting that opportunity!

There are three main areas of your life that need to remain in balance for you to be happy.
1) Your Health
2) Your Wealth
3) Your Relationships
If any of the above three are not up to par then chances are, you are at least somewhat unhappy.
Many guys make less money than they like, cant get laid or get a girlfriend, and some people are overweight and/or have bad health problems. Whatever the issue may be I'm betting you probably know what it is.
Take time to identify your problems and write them down.
The 3 Step Plan
Now that you know what your problem is I will show you a very simple, 3 step, solution that you can use to solve your problems and reach your goals.
1) Get a Goal: This one is simple enough. Figure out what your goal is. For example, lets say you live in a slump and dont even make enough money to cover your bills. Your goal is to probably make more money. That, however, is too unspecific. Get specific with your goals. Set up a very specific goal and a time you want to reach that goal by.
A better goal would be: My goal is to increase my income by an extra $600.00 per month and I want to have this completed in three months exactly.
2) Get a Plan: Now that you have a goal its important to form a plan on how your going to actually reach your goal. Many people get caught up here. This is where the excuses start to fly and when people quit. Don't be a fucking quitter! Also, don't get caught up trying to make your plan perfect as you can make adjustments along the way once you have feedback.
3) Go do it: You have your goal, you have a plan, NOW GO DO IT! So many guys quit at this stage. Step 3 is what separates the "haves" from the "have nots." People are lazy, lethargic, and afraid. They dont take action because they fear it will be too much work and that they will fail anyways.
Sometimes you will have setbacks (average people calls this 'failure') but it doesn't matter... find a solution and deal with it. Keep going, keep pushing, don't give up and the odds are in your favor.
